Melanie Monaco’s Self Love Lifestyle program truly changed my relationship with the world around me. I was hesitant to start this program at first because I was afraid that I would be very unsuccessful with the new healthy lifestyle I was attempting to be a part of. I agreed to joining the program because I was sick and tired of hating my body. I hated the way that it made me feel guilty because of poor self care. I knew I needed a change and this was the only thing that looked promising.

Before I joined the program, I felt powerless over food and felt that the way my body looked and the way that I felt about myself was completely out of my own control.

Learning the tips and tricks for myself firsthand and watching them play out in my life was so valuable for me. I was able to remove things from my life that I knew wasn’t serving me anymore as well as actually lose some weight! It was amazing because I felt like I wasn’t trying to lose the weight, nor did I care about how much I lost when I finally did. It wasn’t about the numbers on the scale for me anymore. It became about how being healthy also made me feel happier … I’ve already grown so much since I started this program. I know that I’m in a better place now and I can continue to work on myself, which is going to help me so much in the long run.

If somebody had hesitations to joining, I would tell them that I did too at first, but it’s one of the best things that I’ve ever done for myself. It has also helped me to be a better mom to my daughter. I don’t believe there is going to be a time that you will feel “ready,” but taking the necessary first step by joining is so important for yourself because you have nothing to lose and so much good to look forward to. I would recommend this program to friends and family members, but honestly, I believe that anybody could benefit from this program. What I loved most was that I learned so much more than I thought I could have. This program helps in so many more ways than it seems to. The only way to find out is to try it for yourself.
