I offer a bespoke wellness program rooted in self-love. It is NOT your average one-size-fits-all meal plan and fitness regime. Together we look at all of the elements that make up your daily life, and we pinpoint your goals for your health and beyond. Then we utilize this information to create self-love practices and healthy habits that empower you to feel your best. Whether it is based in nutrition, movement, or mindset, everything we do is uniquely suited to your individual desires and dreams.
Most importantly, I teach you how to hold yourself accountable so that even after our program is finished, you’re able to continue on your wellness journey and manifest more than you could possibly imagine!
Through years of education, personal healing, and using these practices myself, I developed strategies that not only work, but are rooted in compassion and understanding.

All that is needed to manifest the body and life of your dreams is to discover what food truly nurtures your body, what experiences enrich your happiness, and how you can expand self-care into all areas of your life.
I teach you everything you need to know about nutrition so you can make informed decisions, cook delicious and nutritious foods, and have complete confidence at restaurants and grocery stores.
2. CULTIVATE DAILY RITUALS THAT BRING YOU CLOSER TO YOUR GOALS.
Every body is unique, so together we will find out how you can best serve your body’s needs to become your healthiest self. We will identify your goals and incorporate manageable lifestyle changes, which will provide you with lasting results.
Every day makes a difference when it comes to manifesting transformation. It’s not one big thing, it’s a bunch of little things.
For the 3 months that make up the Signature Program, I hold your hand through each lifestyle change, through all resistances that come up, through every craving, and setback. I help you get to the root issues of the patterns and behaviors that are holding you back.
Because I have been through this process myself, I know how to help you get back on track with loving compassion.
The magic happens when I then teach you how to hold yourself accountable. This means that you have not only the power, but the skills, to make any change you want to in your body and life. You have total confidence in yourself to make the right choices, you feel grounded in your purpose, and continue to experience a deepening connection your body AND soul.
