  • Ingredients

    • 2 cups chickpeas

    • 2 tablespoons tahini

    • 2 tablespoons olive oil

    • 2 cloves fresh garlic

    • Optional - fresh herbs of your choice!

• In a blender, combine::

While writing my wedding vows, my first draft was 5 pages and 5 minutes long. My Maid Of Honor and BFF sat through MANY renditions of re-writes, helping me craft my vows to express what felt beyond words. {Swipe left to hear a portion of how my vows came out.} 😉

But in essence, at the end of the day, I think my favorite, and one of the most profound elements of our relationship, is that my husband always brings out the best version of myself. .

He holds me accountable to my dreams and reminds me of the parts of myself that are rooted in compassion and strength. He offers me endless opportunities to evolve and reach new depths of self-awareness and understanding. Because of this, I’m continue to love myself more.

Valentine’s Day may just be a consumerist frenzy, but I’ll take any excuse to cultivate love, including romantic, and beyond. ♥️ SO, day 14 of our #14DaysOfSelfLoveCelebration is to celebrate LOVE in any form. Whether it’s self-love, BFF love, or romantic love, I wish you a happy happy Valentine’s Day! 💘

How do you find moments of joy in your busy work week? ⠀

Thjs week is especially busy for me, but I’m making an active effort to find joy even in the hectic moments. ⠀
⠀
As a multi-passionate entrepreneur, life can get pretty crazy. But, at the end of the day, if I’m able to sit with gratitude and find moments of joy, then I know I’ve succeeded. Perspective is everything.⠀
⠀
So, for day 12 of our #14DaysOfSelfLoveCelebration I encourage you to find at least one small moment of joy and savor it. You’ll be amazed at how much more love you’ll cultivate for your life, and for yourself, with this simple mindset shift. ⠀

Though it may seem counter-intuitive, but the more you incorporate small acts of care and love throughout the day, the more productive you’ll be. ⠀

I’m not saying ditch the office to go get a massage (though that sounds super fun right?! 💁🏻‍♀️) It’s the small things like:⠀ ⠀ .
.
• meditating for a few moments before you step into work (I meditate on the subway all. the. time.)⠀
⠀
• waking up 5 minutes earlier in the morning to stretch ⠀
⠀
• meal prepping any of your meals⠀
⠀
• writing down your intentions for the week & looking at them every morning⠀
⠀
• taking an extra few moments to make yourself feel beautiful (whatever that means to you)⠀
⠀
So for day 11 of our #14DaysOfSelfLoveCelebration is to SCHEDULE time for self-care. ⠀⠀
