EASY GREEN SUPERFOOD SMOOTHIE

Get more veggies in earlier in the day with this simple smoothie recipe! Your body & taste buds will thank you. :)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/8 cup unsweetened coconut water or dairy free milk of choice 

  • 1/2 frozen banana 

  • 1/4 avocado

  • 1/2 cup spinach or chopped kale

  • 1 scoop plant protein powder (I love the brands Evolve & Sun Warrior)

  • OPTIONAL: 1/4 cup frozen mango, berries, or other fruit of your choice. Add more liquid as needed.

METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add more liquid as needed. Enjoy!
