Cranberry Ginger Overnight Oats!

CRANBERRY GINGER OVERNIGHT OATS

INGREDIENTS:

1/3 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt (Greek yogurt would work as well!)

  • 1/3 cup organic rolled oats (can use gluten-free oats as well)

    1/4 cup unsweetened almond or dairy-free milk

  • 3 tablespoons dried cranberries

    1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey

    1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

    1 tablespoon almond or sunflower seed butter

    METHOD:

    1. Combine all ingredients in a jar
    2. Stir to combine
    3. Let sit in the fridge overnight, or at least 6 hours
