Baked Sweet Potatoes!

One of my favorite ways to curb sugar cravings is to eat a sweet vegetable! Baked sweet potatoes are not only easy + delicious, but also packed with nutrients, and will bring those cravings down!

• poke clean sweet potato with a fork all over
• cover in 1-2 Tbsp coconut oil
• bake at 420° until soft (apx 30-45 min)
• serve with vegan butter, nutritional yeast, & a pinch of salt⠀
