Do you use affirmations?

They are SO helpful - they rewire your brain to help you find clarity and achieve your goals.

This is one of my favorite tips for anyone looking to move past anxiety of any kind.

3 steps for creating & using affirmations:

1. How do you want to feel?
2. Put that feeling into an "I Am" statement. {I am grounded.}
3. Write it down in your planner, make it your phone background, + repeat it to yourself over and over and over. Especially when you notice anxiety, fear, or self-judgement.

Eventually, you will believe it and it will be true.
