Kale Chips + Healthy Snacking!

These kale chips are delicious on a night when all you want to do is snack. Anyone else have those nights? I do! So instead of turning to boxes of processed foods, I love making a crudité platter. I’ll massage some kale with olive oil and herbs, stick in the oven at 400° for about 15 min (or until crispy!) This recipe also works with shaved brussels sprouts! .

I’ll chop up some cucumber and spread some caramelized onion hummus on top. .

I’ll put some cashews and almonds in a small bowl and toss with cinnamon & coconut chips. .

Sometimes I’ll even make some airpopped popcorn and sprinkle with kelp seasoning! .

Let the snacking begin!
