After spending nearly 10 years of my life biting the hooks of dieting programs promising 'easy/simple results' and being left not only disappointed, but hating my body even more... I knew something needed to change.
I went on a journey of discovering how to feel healthy and confident without deprivation, guilt, or shame.
97% of women struggle with a negative body image. I have definitely been one of those women, AND I have come out on the other side (thank goodness!) Unfortunately, because our dieting culture encourages these body image issues, so many women are left:

I not only share what I learned on my own journey of healing my harmful dieting patterns and negative body image, but I also offer all of my knowledge as a graduate of Nutrition School, as a Yoga and Fitness Instructor, and Eating Psychology Coach to the women in my programs.
I work with women who, like me, are looking to leave behind a negative body image and anxiety around food, so they can feel grounded, glowing, and grateful for their body and life. Women who are ready to fall deep into self-love.
